  Job Description

  Overview

  *  Send letters to contributing members on specific issues
*  Keep in house operations running smoothly and on-time
*  Write and develop strategies to more personally cater to top donors
*  Help run an efficient operation and help with quality control
*  Keep administrative records in order; pay bills and maintain database

  Specific responsibilities include

  *  Plan donor mailing cycle and meet key deadlines
*  Research and prepare information for department fundraising
*   Work with in house graphics department on material development.
*   Coordinate print orders, delivery dates for materials, mailing deadlines
*   Troubleshoot problems

  *  Manage inventories, orders and postage
*   Track inventories
*   Handle all relations with vendors
*   Track membership information

  *  On going project management
*   Print letters and related materials for mailings
*   Review materials with in house publications department
*   Purchase and track stamps for mailings
*   Hire and manage part time staff

  *   Maintain budget; database
*   Maintain central budgets
*   Pay bills
*   Update database
